Junior League of Galveston County, TX

Get ready to celebrate Mardi Gras with the Junior League of Galveston County at the Texas City Parade on Saturday, February 8th! We’re bringing the fun with a truck and trailer and would love for you (and your family!) to join us!

Parade Details:
Lineup Location: Carlos Garza Park (33rd Street North & Magnolia)
We will arrive a little early to help decorate!

Lineup Time: 11:15 AM (Arrive via 34th Street North & Magnolia)
Parade Start Time: 12:00 PM
Route: Travels south on 29th Street North, east on Palmer Highway, and south on 6th Street North to 7th Avenue North.

Dress Up & Have Fun!
We have a limited supply of red tutus, red heart-shaped glasses, red feather boas, and umbrellas for members to use! First come, first served—so arrive early to grab your gear!

Bring Candy & Beads!
Each participant is asked to bring a bag or two of candy, beads, or small toys/stuffed animals to throw to the crowd. We’re also checking on estimated attendance so we can plan accordingly.
